Tasha MacNeil, a 2024 ConVal High School graduate, played for New Hampshire in the Lions Twin State Soccer Association girls’ all-star soccer game at Hanover High School versus Vermont July 20.

In her her four years at ConVal, MacNeil played center back. She scored four goals her senior year, all headers off corners. She was selected to the all-state team. 

MacNeil was also a standout for ConVal’s track and field team, earning all-state honors and setting the school record in the javelin. She was also the fastest 100-meter sprinter on the girls’ team with a personal best of 12.85 seconds, and regularly competed in the 100, the 4x100m relay, shot put, long jump and javelin. She was named as the outstanding athlete for spring track in 2022, and the top points-scorer for winter track in 2023 and spring track in 2024.

MacNeil will be attending UNH, where she plans on trying out for the women's soccer team in the spring.
