JaffreyPark Theatre showing ‘The Goonies’

The Park Theatre will screen “The Goonies” on Friday, April 18, at 7 p.m. at 19 Main St., Jaffrey.

In this 1985 adventure, Mikey Walsh and his friends—Data, Chunk and Mouth—discover a pirate treasure map in hopes of saving their homes from demolition. Their search leads to a hidden fortune, underground tunnels and the long-lost ship of One-Eyed Willie.

Directed by Richard Donner and written by Chris Columbus with a story by Steven Spielberg, the film stars Sean Astin, Josh Brolin, Jeff Cohen, Corey Feldman and Kerri Green.
