The Park Theatre, 19 Main St., Jaffrey, will host “Readings of Famous Love Letters” Thursday, Feb. 13, at 7 p.m., featuring letters by Emily Dickinson, Benjamin Franklin, Albert Einstein, Edgar Allan Poe, Groucho Marx, Anne Sexton, Mark Twain, Willa Cather, Johnny Cash, Ronald Reagan and others. The event will showcase letters that are passionate, emotional and occasionally humorous.

Readings will be performed by two local couples – Jill Tyler and Steve Miller, and Lisa Bostnar and Steve Jackson. Tyler studied theater at Simpson College and the American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco. Miller is an ordained minister and retired professor of religious studies with experience in storytelling and poetry. Bostnar is an award-winning actress known for her work on stage, TV and film, while Jackson is the CEO of The Park Theatre and a filmmaker.

Walden Witham will provide musical accompaniment.
