Fifteen years ago, Music on Norway Pond forged a relationship with Boston’s New England Conservatory of Music, and many of the conservatory’s students, young professionals, graduates in their careers and faculty members have shared their artistry with audiences in Hancock.

On Sunday, March 5, at 4 p.m., Music on Norway Pond welcomes Trio Gaia, the professional piano trio in residence at New England Conservatory, to the Hancock Meetinghouse at 47 Main St.

Trio Gaia formed in 2018 and is “dedicated to offering audiences dynamic, personally relevant experiences inside and outside the concert hall.” The group consists of violinist Grant Houston, cellist Yi-Mei Templeman and Andrew Barnwell on piano. They will be playing Beethoven's “Archduke” and Elliot Carter's “Epigrams.”

Tickets for the March 5 performance are $25, and free for students of all ages. For information and tickets, visit musiconnorwaypond.org or call 603-525-9303.
