A Greenville man went to the hospital after being rear-ended by a box truck at a traffic stop on Route 101 Thursday morning. A 2015 GMC pickup driven by Neil Lambert, 34, of Greenville was stopped in traffic for a flagger at 9:05 a.m., Peterborough Police Chief Scott Guinard said, on a section of Route 101 in Peterorough where NHDOT road work took the highway down to one lane. A 2017 box truck driven by Jeremy Bissonnette, 42, of Sanford, Maine could not stop in time and ran into the back of Lambert’s vehicle. Lambert was taken to the hospital as a precaution after he complained of neck pain, Guinard said. The pickup sustained rear end damage and had to be towed from the scene, and the box truck was able to be driven to the Plaza parking lot to await repairs.
