A Nashua woman was taken to the hospital on Sunday after an ATV rollover crash in Wilton.

According to a release from the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department, on Sunday at approximately 3:15 p.m., a Fish and Game conservation officer, the Wilton Fire Department and Wilton Police responded to a private property in Wilton for a report of an ATV rollover. Once on scene, law enforcement personnel determined operator Ronalda Brunner-Cummings, 59, of Nashua, lost control of the vehicle as she was going over a snowbank, causing the ATV to land on top of her.

Brunner-Cummings was treated by Wilton Ambulance personnel a the scene, and taken to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua for non-life-threatening injuries.

Speed and malfunctioning steering are believed to have contributed to the crash. The incident remains under investigation by New Hampshire Fish and Game. For information about safe riding, visit ride.nh.gov.
