Poet Henry Walters, Writer-in-Residence at Dublin School, will address The Monadnock Writers’ Group at their monthly meeting, Saturday, April 15 in the downstairs room at the Peterborough Library, 9:45 a.m.

Walters’ collection of poems, Field Guide A Tempo, has been named a finalist for the 2016 Kate Tufts Discovery Award. He is the recipient of Better Magazine’s 2014 prize for poetry.

Born in Chicago in 1984, he studied Latin and Greek literature at Harvard College.

Attendance at Writers’ Group meetings are free and membership is open to writers at any level seeking inspiration for their work through fellowship with other writers and encouragement from visiting professionals. More information about the Writers’ Group is available at monadnockwriters.org.
