Jazz trio Three Blind Mice will open the Music on Norway Pond 2016-17 season with a concert at the Hancock Meeting House on Sunday, Nov. 13, at 4 p.m.

With a varied repertoire ranging from the Great American Songbook, jazz standards, and musical theater, as well as original compositions, Three Blind Mice also integrates tap dance into their artistry.

Founder Jenny Herzog says, “We kind of thought we’d change the name over time — become something a bit more ‘serious’ — but in the end the name really suited us, as we are a pretty goofy, slightly off-kilter group. When we play together, we have a lot of fun — our vibe is more attuned to an old cabaret act, than a modern day jazz trio.”

Tickets are $20 available at the door. The concert, as always, is an hour long with no intermission.
