The Keene Chamber Orchestra presents its annual International Concert for Mother’s Day Weekend, featuring music from Germany (the Bach Double Violin Concerto), France (Faure’s Pavane) and Russia (the monumental 5th Symphony of Tchaikovsky).

The concert, under the baton of KCO Music Director and Conductor Eric Stumacher, will be performed at Trinity Lutheran Church in Keene on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday 3 at 4 p.m.

Tickets are available at the door and by advance purchase at The Toadstool Bookshops of Keene and Peterborough. General admission is $20 and student tickets are $5. Call 603-731-1153 for more information.

Says Eric Stumacher, “Sandra and Rowan are wonderful young violinists, and the Bach is beautiful. Mom and the whole family will love this concert! Please join us!”

The Keene Chamber Orchestra, in its 28th season, continues to garner praise as “One of New Hampshire’s cultural treasures!” “The coolest non-profit in the state!” and “By far my favorite orchestra!” KCO concerts are renowned for inspiring audience members of all ages, regardless of previous concert-going experience.
