All Class V roads in Greenfield have been posted as closed to vehicles weighing in excess of six tons, the town’s DPW Acting Roads Manager James Morris announced this week. The posting is in effect until April 30 or until conditions warrant otherwise. Anyone needing a special exception to this posted weight limit should contact the DPW at 547-3504.
