Letter: Bring gratitude, not rudeness, to local stores

To the editor:

I’m witnessing and hearing about more cases of people being rude to employees of our local stores, hospital, and local service providers. Yes, this is a crisis and people are stressed out. But these employees need to hear our gratitude, not complaints.

They are ones on the front line, stocking stores in the middle of the night, dealing with crowded waiting rooms, etc. while potentially putting themselves in harms way of this invisible virus. Make a point of thanking them, bring your patience not your rudeness, and be grateful that they are still open and making your live “livable.”
