Locals indicted in Cheshire Superior Court

Several locals were indicted in the Cheshire County Superior Court in December. 

Justin Kidd, 42, of Keene was indicted on charges of domestic violence – second-degree assault and domestic violence for allegedly choking an intimate partner and squeezing and pressing his thumb on her face in Dublin on Nov. 24. The second-degree assault charge is a Class B felony and the domestic violence charge is a Class A misdemeanor. 

Zachary J. Cormier, 29, of Rindge was indicted on two charges of theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly taking items from the Jaffrey Belletetes store without paying on Sept. 28 and Oct. 13. Both charges are Class B felonies.

Brian L. Hall, 35, of Rindge was indicted on one charge of theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly removing a power saw and a jump pack from the Home Depot store in Keene without paying on Nov. 14. The charge is a Class B felony. 

An indictment is a formal accusation against an individual suspected of committing a crime. It is not an indication of guilt or innocence.
