There will be an informal fun run from ConVal High School on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 25 , at 10 a.m. starting and ending at the ConVal High School parking lot.
The course is on Southfield Road, the bike trail, and the Hunt Road loop. Start on your own (no formal start) or with friends and family and run, jog or walk the course. Come and run anytime from 10 a.m. on. Join family or friends to head off to do the loop at your own pace. Give thanks on Thanksgiving by bringing a non-perishable item for the local food bank. Runners are advised to wear appropriate shoes, bright apparel and be aware of traffic.
Icespike will be raffling several prizes, so get your name in the jar under the Icespike banner before you head out. Coffee and bagels will be available when you get back to the school.
