Sue Anderson to speak at Peterborough Garden Club

The Peterborough Garden Club will present speaker Sue Anderson’s “Hostas – The Journey Continues” Monday, May 13, from 10:30 a.m. to noon at the Shieling Forest Learning Center, 395 Old Street Road, Peterborough.

Anderson is the owner of Mason Hollow Nursery in Mason, a former New Hampshire master gardener and former president of the New England Hosta Society. Mason Hollow is a perennial-plant nursery specializing in hostas, as well as a selection of companion shade perennials. 

The public is welcome. Cost is $5. payable in cash at the door.

Organized in April 1962, the mission of the Peterborough Garden Club is to encourage and stimulate interest in the beautification of home and public properties and to study and share information on gardening, horticulture, conservation, flower arranging and related topics.
