Letter: Thanks to FPU football players

On Dec. 3, 2022, while everyone on Franklin Pierce University campus was watching the soccer team win the national championship, eight young men from the football team were graciously volunteering at the P.O.O.R. Meat Raffle at the VFW in Jaffrey.

Because of them, the Jaffrey-Rindge Education Foundation earned part of the money raised for our work with the Jaffrey and Rindge schools. They were the best volunteers ever. We so appreciate their commitment to the community.

A big thanks to Leo Perreira, Jordy Fernandez, Adrian Parker, Caleb Anderson, Dillon White, Luke Diekan, Zachary Najem and Jaylen Bynes.

Nancy LaBonne

Secretary, Jaffrey-Rindge Education Foundation
