Peterborough Town Library and Monadnock Underground will host an open mic for writers Thursday, March 14, at 5:30 p.m. at the library, 2 Concord St.

The event is managed by Monadnock Underground, a community of writer who are publishing work online and in various print publications and anthologies. They have published several literary magazine anthologies, four collections of writings and four books. Their work celebrates the writers of the Monadnock region and beyond.
