Routinely we are asked to complete surveys regarding our "experiences" at places where we shop, visit, eat or receive care and I feel most times, good or bad, we receive no feedback for our efforts. 

Recently, I received a phone call from Monadnock Community Hospital that made me rethink my opinion. I spoke with Louise, a kind and wonderful woman, who not only read a recent survey I had completed about care I received at MCH, but wanted to discuss my evaluation at length, provide additional information and express her gratitude for my time.
