The Francestown Improvement & Historical Society (FIHS) hosted the town’s 105th Labor Day celebration Monday, featuring the Francestown Five Road Race, sales, arts and crafts and music before a parade capped off the day’s activities.

Money raised over Labor Day weekend benefits FIHS, a nonprofit organization that works to sustain programs, operates The Beehive emulsum, preserves the society’s historical collection and supports other Francestown groups and activities.
