The half-day course will be held at the N.H. Fire Academy in Concord on Aug. 22. It will be presented by the Energetic Materials Research and Testing Center at New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, a training partner of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. The training is provided at no cost to the school district.

The training is being offered to teachers, paraprofessionals, school administration personnel, resource officers, nurses and coaches from both public and private schools.
