Friday, Feb. 21

Summons: At 9:15 p.m., police served a summons to Clavin Tarbox, 26, of Effingham; John Chalker, 26, of Clinton, Connecticut and Michael Goodsen, 25, of Stoneham, Massachusetts for alleged open container of alcohol violation. All three were released on a summons and issued an April 30 court date at the 6th Circuit Court, Hillsborough.

Saturday, Feb. 22:

Summons: At 12:25 a.m., police served a summons to Jeffrey Stanley, 24, of Brookline; John Chalker, 26, of Clinton, Connecticut and Michael Goodsen, 25, of Stoneham, Massachusetts for alleged open container of alcohol violation. All three have been released on a summons pending an April 30 court date at the 6th Circuit Court, Hillsborough.

Sunday, Feb. 23

Arrest: At 5:45 p.m., police responded to an Onset Road residence after reports of a domestic violence incident. They subsequently arrested Carey Holter, 33, of Bennington, charging him with three counts of alleged simple assault. Holter was released on $2,500 personal recognizance and faces an April 9 court date at the 6th Circuit Court, Hillsborough.

Citizen Assist: At 11:45 p.m., police assisted a motorist who got stuck on railroad tracks after making a wrong turn.

Friday, Feb. 27

Motor vehicle accident: At 12:25 p.m., police responded to reports of a motor vehicle accident on Bible Hill Road. Police discovered that two vehicles passing each other had made contact with their mirrors. There was no damage, so police did not conduct an investigation.

Saturday, Feb. 28

Summons: At 12:25 p.m., police served a summons to Nicholas Hoar, 19, of Billerica, Massachusetts for misuse of powers. Hoar was allegedly spinning his tires and doing doughnuts with cars and people nearby. Hoar was issued a must-appear, April 30 court date at the 6th Circuit Court, Hillsborough.

Summons: At 6:52 p.m., police served Adam Darrell, 32, of Merrimack with a summons for alleged open container of alcohol violation. Darrell was released and issued an April 30 court date.
