Hillsborough Superior Court North indictments

Several locals were indicted in the Hillsborough Superior Court North in January.

Cody Gunseth, 33, of Keene was indicted on four counts charging him with possession of a controlled drug with intent to dispense for allegedly possessing fentanyl, heroin, cocaine and buprenorphine in Antrim on March 22.

The heroin and fentanyl charges are Class S Special Felonies and the cocaine and buprenorphine charges are Class A felonies punishable by seven-and-a-half to 15 years in prison and $25,000 in fines each.

Megan Wright, 34, of Antrim was indicted on four counts charging her with possession of a controlled drug with intent to dispense for allegedly possessing fentanyl, heroin, cocaine and buprenorphine in Antrim on March 22. Wright was also indicted on one count charging her with common nuisance – illegal drug use abode for allegedly using her place of residence for the illegal keeping and selling of drugs.

The heroin and fentanyl charges are Class S Special Felonies and the cocaine and buprenorphine charges are Class A felonies punishable by seven-and-a-half to 15 years in prison and $25,000 in fines each. The common nuisance charge is a Class B Felony punishable by three-and-a-half to seven years in prison and a $25,000 fine.

An indictment is a formal accusation against an individual suspected of committing a crime. It is not an indication of guilt or innocence.
