Antique book talk June 26

A lecture presentation on Collecting Antique Books will be held at the Horatio Colony House Museum on June 26, at 7 p.m.

This program willenhance the museum’s current exhibit, “Antique Books: Judge It By Its Cover,” which features selections from Horatio Colony’s collection of rare books. The exhibit focuses on the book as an art object and features examples of fine bindings, marbling and engravings as illustrations.

The lecture will be free. Seating will be limited so reservations are necessary. Parking will be available at Saint Bernard’s Church on Main Street, next to the museum.
