Jaffrey library continues classics in black and white film series

The Jaffrey Public Library continues its popular Classics in Black and White film series. The 20-week series covers films from 1925 to 1964, including well-loved classics.

All films are shown on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. in the library’s meeting room. Bill Johnson will introduce the films and lead the discussions afterwards.

The 1941 film “Ziegfeld Girl” will be shown on Feb. 13. This movie stars Judy Garland, Lana Turner and Hedy Lamarr as three women seeking stardom in the famous Follies.
