Role of the Scots-Irish presented Sunday
Dartmouth Professor Emeritus Jere Daniell will discuss the role of the Scots-Irish in Antrim and New Hampshire history at the First Presbyterian Church on Sunday at 3 p.m.
Antrim’s ancestors were Scots who migrated across the North Channel of the Irish Sea to Northern Ireland during the reign of James I (1603-1625) to take advantage of better farmland, migrating again in the 18th and 19th centuries to the New World.
All are welcome to attend. Refreshments will be served.
