Tuesday, Feb. 5

Criminal Mischief: At 4 p.m., police took a report of a broken window at the water works building on Balch Farm Road. It appears that a rock was thrown through the window.

Wednesday, Feb. 6

Theft: At 4:30 p.m., police began investigating a theft report involving money.  An investigation revealed that the money was taken by a juvenile. The case will be handled as a juvenile matter.

Thursday, Feb. 7

Arrest: At 7:20 p.m., police arrested Gregory Boudle, 53, of Hillsborough, and charged him with illegal possession of a controlled drug, believed to be prescription pills. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance and was given a court date of March 14 at Hillsborough’s 6th Circuit Court.

Summons: At 10:30 p.m., police issued a summons to John Redman, 68, of Antrim, for operating a vehicle without a valid license. He is scheduled to appear in Hillsborough’s 6th Circuit Court on March 14.

Saturday, Feb. 9

Protective custody: At 11:55 p.m., after responding to Crotched Mountain Ski and Ride for a report of a fight, police took three people into protective custody for intoxication. An investigation revealed that two individuals, who were possibly the aggressors, departed the scene prior to police arrival. The individuals were not located. The investigation will continue.
