RINDGE — Those who walk into the Rindge Police Department will be seeing a new face greeting them at the front desk. The department is still waiting on its new Chief of Police, Todd Muilengerg, who is expected to step into the job on Sept. 22, but on the administrative side of the fence, a decision has been made. Nick Roy started in the position of records manager at the beginning of August.
