Hampshire Hills Sports and Fitness Club in Milford is offering a new fitness program in conjunction with athletic trainer Mike Boyle, who is also a strength and conditioning consultant with the Boston Red Sox.
The program, the Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning program, is set to begin April 1.
The program focuses on flexibility, mobility and functional strength. It is open to the public as well as Hampshire Hills members.
