The United Church of Jaffrey, 54 Main St. in Jaffrey, will hold a Christmas Eve worship service at 7 p.m. Dec. 24 with carols and music by organist Robert Johnson.
The church sanctuary will be open for quiet meditation on Christmas Day from 10 a.m. to noon. Recorded classical music will play during this time.
On New Year’s Day, Jan. 1, the church will hold a regular worship service at 10 a.m.
